Document Update
An audit tells you what is missing. This closes it. We take the document you had audited and revise it in place: the findings are fixed in your own file, in your own template, with your wording, your numbering and your approval blocks left alone. A replacement document has to be adopted. A revised one only has to be approved. This works on Word documents, because it edits the file you gave us. A PDF cannot be edited in place, so a document you only hold as a PDF can be audited but not revised.
Price
$65 per document. All prices include GST.
What you get
For each document you select.
- Every finding from the audit closed in the document itself, not in a separate report
- Your template, fonts, tables and numbering kept exactly as they are
- A change list showing what was altered and where, so a reviewer can check the work
- Findings the document never addressed supplied as content to place, clearly marked
- Anything only your workplace can know left as an instruction to complete, never invented
- Risk ratings left blank, because the assessment is yours to make
- Word documents only, because we revise your own file rather than issuing a new one
How it’s delivered

- You receive an email with a secure link to view and download every document.
- Documents are issued in editable format, in your own template where you provide one.
- Everything is issued as a draft for review and approval by your accountable person before use.
- Your document library and document control register are maintained in My Account.
- Critical Risk Designer is also your document management system. It remembers everything you hold, so each new product can cross-reference your existing documents rather than starting from nothing.
- If a new product flags an update to something you already hold, that document is flagged for review in your library.
- Version control is maintained on every document created.

Your intellectual property stays yoursWe understand that your documents contain valuable intellectual property. Uploaded files are used solely to understand your business context and generate your requested outputs. Your documents remain confidential, ownership always remains with your organisation, and they are not used to train AI models. We do not sell your documents or share them with anyone who is not helping us produce your report. The providers we use are named in our privacy policy.
